  • How to restore factory settings?

    There are three ways to restore factory settings for the devices. (Some ways are suitable for somedevices)

    1. Restore By Deleting device on line

    The first way is by deleting devices from the APP. This is the easiest way. When finished testing,must delete the devices online. (After deleting the lights on line, wait for a while to ensure alldevices is deletedsuccessfully. Then you can refresh the “Device information” interface to seethere’s still some devices.)

     2.Reset By remote control

    Reset by remote controlPress “reset” button, instruction light starts blinking meansreset successfully.This is the most e cient and easy solution to delete theconnected sensors.

     3.Restore By Power Reset (Not Recommend)

    Operation steps:1. First time get it powered, instruction light ON, wait for 20S.2. Continuous operations: turn o power input for 30S, turn on 2S, repeat it more than 5 rounds; seeinstruction light blinking means reset successfully.

  • How to set the energy consumption monitoring report to be sent regularly?

    Choose to enter into information details, can check the real-time information; down the page you willsee the “email” button, press it then ll in the mail address, turn on the cycle button as “daily, weeklyor monthly”, then choose a needed format as “excel” or “CSV”, then press send. You will receive themonitoring report as required.

  • What does When Vacant mean?

    Press the button to turn on or o to activate ordeactivate this function; when it’s ON, slide thebar to a suitable level, it’s designed to keep for aholdtime period; if any motion triggered duringthis period, it will count down again aftermotion leaves. After this period ends, sensor goback to normal sensor mode.

  • There are too many devices, how can I find the device quickly?

    Choose the zone, enterinto zone managementpage. Choose “Device(s)” enterinto device list page. Choose the device whichyou need to gure itslocation, press the “ ” icon, the light will blink totell.

  • How can multiple people manage projects?

    When establish a new project, 2 QR codes will be generated, one as “admin QR code”, the otheras “User QR code”User QR code allows to control the lights, butdoesn’t allow to add, delete devices or changezone or schedules.Admin QR code allows to control the devicesas well as completely manage them. Only theAdmin account can share the Admin QR code.

  • What is the function of scanning the code to add?

    Scanning and pre-adding devices records their information in advance, so they don't need to be rediscovered and renamed when genuinely connecting later on.


  • I deleted lights from a zone and can not reconnect them

    If lights/sensors are not visible in the app after deleting from a Zone, it is necessary to reset the light/sensor. There is a reset hole that a paper quip can be inserted for 3 seconds.
